Meet Albert & Adonis bonded pair
Albert and Adonis came from a hoarding situation with 1 other female dog. Unfortunately, due to the home they came from, they are terrified of strangers and need gradual and positive socialization, perhaps for the rest of his life. However, they are amazing with the people they trust and have bonded superbly with our staff. Due to the home they grew up in, they may not have experienced the necessary socialization during their most critical period. Because of this negligence, Albert and Adonis may be fearful of strangers. A little bit of TLC and simply hanging out with them can go a long way. Time and patience will help Albert and Adonis come out of their shell. Once they have formed a bond, they gladly become lap dogs and absolutely adore the love you give them. These poor petite Chihuahua mixes are yearning for someone who is willing to give them ample time to acclimate so that they can blossom. In time, we feel these sweet, young lads will come into their own and be as happy as clams. Please give us a call for a meet and greet. They are a bonded pair. 973-386-0590
We ensure all of the animals adopted through our shelter are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed or neutered.
If you love animals but cannot adopt, sponsoring an animal in our care is a meaningful way to help support the good work we do. For as little as $20 per month, you can sponsor a shelter pet and help pay for the cost of their care while they stay at the shelter. Secure your sponsorship online at njshelter.org.
