Meet Al

Meet Al! He’s 4.5-months-old and only 6.2lbs! Al is such a fun loving, playful little dude! He's constantly making us laugh. He loves all things; people, kids (ages 2-13 years), all the respectful dogs he's met! He does the normal alert barking or when he's playing then calms down. Such a great snuggler, loves to be on your lap. Listens well and corrects easily, just wants to please. I haven't worked yet with him on commands but I bet he'd do great. He loves treats. He uses our dog door here and has only had a couple accidents in the house. Sleeps in the crate when we go out during the day and sleeps all night in the crate in my bedroom.
We don't have cats here but I did hear that he liked to yap at his FL fosters kitty. He probably just wanted to play and her kitty wasn't having it. He needs some more work walking in a leash, I'm going to try a harness with him next. He prefers to be held and carried like a little prince!

This pup is available in NY through the Go North Program of The Lucky Puppy Rescue, rescue based in Bonifay and Panama City, FL and adoption center in Argyle NY (NY Lic #1054). The minimum donation $600 adoption fee includes transportation from FL to NY, spay/neuter surgery or spay/neuter agreement (if too young), up to date with: age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention (if old enough) and martingale safety collar. Adoption fee payment methods accepted are cash, credit, debit, PayPal, Venmo and bank checks. No personal checks. Applications must be submitted through our website - theluckypuppy.org - thank you!
