Addy is hoping she can find her forever. She was found in a back yard tied up on a logging chain. Although humans have failed her, she is the sweetest girl and you would never guess what she has been through by meeting her. She greets you with a smile! She is happy all of the time and loves to play. She had her hopes up as she was adopted once, but unfortunately was returned after not getting along with a family members dog.
