Meet A.C. Slater
Hello, my name is Slater. I am currently at BMHS awaiting to find my furever home. I am a good choice for families or anybody looking for a sweet and loving dog. I have been at the shelter since May 24, 2024, but was in a foster home for many of those months. I am 2 years and 9 months old, and I weigh 62 pounds. I am known to be house-trained, I walk nicely on a leash, and I know sit, stay, and shake. I can be a little bit shy at first, but I love people, and I am very loving and cuddly with people I know. I like other dogs, car rides, and I like to cuddle with the person in the backseat with me. I do not like cats, and I should either go to a household without cats. I am very trainable because I love treats; as a long-stay dog, I come with free training from a local dog trainer.
