Bala Rouge is a pretty red, natural/docked 4-year-old who has been shuffled between homes and shelters. Originally with her first owner, she was surrendered to a shelter due to living circumstances. Her next adopter surrendered her to DRU because they could no longer meet her needs in a household with multiple other dogs.
