24-1766 Meatball Pit Bull Terrier Fredericksburg, VA

This handsome boy (AL#24-1766) came in with another dog as strays, both are extremely gentle and seem to be good with other dogs. We have not done a full temperament test with others but they have been non reactive in the kennels and on leash walking past friends. They are around 3 years old and even more stunning in person.

All adoptions are based on a first-come-first-serve basis on the day the dog is available. You must be at least 18 yrs. old and provide a current ID. We learn about the animal's behavior by observing them in the enclosure and how they interact with the shelter staff. Shelter staff make their best guess estimation of whether they are good with other animals or children.

The adoption fee is $85, which covers a 1-year rabies vaccine and spay or neuter. Typically, all animals are altered before leaving the shelter if they are older than 16 weeks.
