Meet Zazu
Meet Zazu-
Zazu is a quiet boy, who loves pets and affection. He is a pretty big boy, weighing around 13lbs. The boy loves his food, wet or dry... It does not matter.
He had a family at one time, but was living outside their house with no medical care.
When we brought Zazu into rescue, he had a face wound. We cleaned him up and put him on antibiotics. Zazu is now a healthy boy and ready for his furever home.
Zazu is FIV positive, but FeLv negative. FIV cats can live long, happy, and healthy lives a long side non FIV cats.
FIV is ONLY transmitted through deep bite wounds and usually happens when unaltered males are fighting over a female in heat. There is really no risk to other cats.
