Wren Tabby Grand Rapids, MN

Wren is from an abandonment situation in northern Minnesota.

The owners of her property left; they abandoned their cats.
A kind neighbor took on the role of feeding and watering them. They were in a predicament: Not only did their owners abandoned them, but their home was torn down.

Wren was quite timid. She needed time to decompress. However, she has never shown any aggression. She has had no health issues, and is probably around 2-3 years old.

She has the cutest, most endearing little whimpering sounds when you pet her, and she will lick your hands plenty to show her love. She wants to feel safe--just needs reassurance and someone patient and kind.

Sometimes she tolerates other cats and sometimes she doesn't. A slow introduction would be needed if she has a feline roommate. Most likely she would be better off as a single pet. She might be fearful of young children until she got used to them. We haven't had her around any dogs.

If you have room in your heart and home to help an animal in need, Wren might be the one for you. She has been in a shelter setting for over a year and still waiting for her big day!

She is located in Grand Rapids, MN, but we will travel to deliver her to a new home.
