***Staff thinks I will be ready by late June. My foster family says, Winter is the sweetest kitty that loves cheek and chin rubs. She loves to lay on your lap to purr and hang out with you. Winter raised 4 darling kittens and is ready to start her next chapter as the most wonderful companion anyone can ask for.*** I am not currently at the shelter because I'm helping my kittens grow big and strong in a foster home! You can sign up to pre-adopt me by placing a $50 choice hold. This is a non-refundable fee that does not go towards my adoption fee, but it does give you the first opportunity to adopt me. Shelter staff will contact you when Im ready to go home with my new family! To place a choice hold, you can either come into the shelter or call us at 719-473-1741; you may wait to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail. Choice holds are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis and only one choice hold can be placed on an animal. Once my kittens are old enough to go home, I will have to be adopted at the shelter without a visit. Unfortunately, we arent able to visit while Im in the foster home as its a lot of stress on me to be transported back and forth to the shelter for visits, which makes me more susceptible to getting sick. We want to be healthy for our new life together!
