Willow "WeWe" Domestic Short Hair Raleigh, NC

She is very cuddly and affectionate and loves to lay with us. She gets along great with younger cats but unfortunately, she and our older, disabled cat just do not get along well.

She was a stray community cat that we would see in our yard and nicknamed WeWe. One day my spouse and I were getting in the car and she jumped in the passenger seat, obviously hungry. We fed her, took her to the vet to see if she was chipped and got her vaccinated. We were going to spay and release but one day later her kittens showed up at our door, so we took them in and let them nurse until weaned.

The kittens are finally old enough to eat kitten wet and dry food. We found homes for them and now it is time to find a home for their momma. Willow is completely healthy and has had all of her shots. Although a former stray, she has never attempted to go back outside. When we took her to the vet she didn’t even try to get out of the car when we opened the door. She is very happy to be an indoor cat now!
