Meet Wheaton Road Homer
HANDSOME AND LOVABLE!
Wheaton Road Homer is a sweet brown tabby and white kitten who was born 2-14-23, along with his siblings Mandy, Sandy, Hans and Noah. Their mom, Greta, is an ellusive barn cat who refused to be trapped for many years and produced multiple litters of kittens (She was finally captured in June of 2023 and had her final litter before being spayed.) Because this litter and the last had to be bottle fed by their foster mom from day two because Greta abandoned them, they are extra sweet and accustomed to being handled. They like to play together and love toys (especially those little plastic kitty springs). They purr when held and sleep on top of each other. Homer weighed 10.10 lbs on 4-18-24. He has a "gay tail" and will curl it over his back. Because he was raised in a small area and was not exposed to many things, he will be frightened by strange items (like ceiling fans) and will need TLC and patience.
Homer's adoption fee is $275, which includes neutering (10-6-23--CAHS), a 1-year rabies shot (10-6-23-23--CAHS), a distemper combo (FVRCP) shot (10-6-23-23--CAHS), deworming, flea treatment (Revolt--10-6-23--CAHS), and microchipping through 24petwatch (10-6-23-23--CAHS). He tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV (10-6-23--CAHS). He is front declawed.
