Meet Violet
Her foster mom had this to say about her, "Violet—the tortoiseshell kitten who looks very much like her mother. Violet was shy at first and hid when I first brought the fosters cats home. She is now friendly and comes to me when I come in the room. Violet lets me hold her and listens when I talk to her. Violet doesn’t eat when all the other kittens eat—I think she eats later when things quiet down. She’s sweet, friendly and playful. She joins in the playful fun when people and kids come by to play with the kittens. Violet was/is the biggest kitten—the most healthy and mature, for a kitten."
Violet and her sister Dottie have been with us since July 27, 2023. We think the adoption hold up, is likely that they are adults now and not kittens. The other thing is that Dottie has herpes. Which also, isn't that big of a deal. About 97% of cats are exposed to herpes, and 80% of cats will carry the disease lifelong. Most cats have it and it lays dormant so you likely don't even know your cat has it.
Dottie has always had these runny eyes and sometimes she needs anti-viral drops when she has flair ups. It's rare but it's a drop we keep on hand anyway. Now that they have been together so long, we don't want to separate them because they truly love each other. They will pile on top of each other to lay in the hammock. Seeing that hammock bear all that weight is hilarious but just irresistible how much they love each other. Violet has always been with Dottie and never shown any symptoms of herpes. So just because one cat has an issue, doesn't mean they will all have the issue as it is evident with this pair.

Adoption Fee is $120/pair. All kittens are Spayed/Neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines, FeLV/FIV tested and microchipped.
