Meet Tulip

Meet, Tulip, a beautiful, sweet, black, medium-haired kitten with a soft, shiny coat that shimmers in the sunlight! This cutie has a fun, outgoing, playful and highly-social personality! She's the type of kitty who'll likely run to greet you the moment you walk in the door and want to be whatever room you're in... including accompanying you to the bathroom!

She's now reached that juvenile stage where her coat appears shorter, but I'm predicting that she'd going to blossom into a soft, medium-haired girl. You can already see it in her tail.

Tulip LOVES wrestling chasing and cuddling with her current feline companions: Nala (the black/white, 5 mos-old) and Cupcake (the 1.5 year-old Tabby-mix) - both of whom you may see in her adoption video. Her favorite toy is a small mouse and feather on a stick or anything she deems fun to bat around. She'll pair purrfectly with either Cupcake or Nala or should get along well with any young/youngish, friendly, playful feline. Tulip will do best in a home where she's got another companion when you're not home.

One of her absolute FAVORITE ways to play is running underneath your robe, nightgown or blanket. She LOVES fabrics!

We don't know how she'd be around dogs but suspect she'd adapt quickly with proper introductions. You'll find her full rescue journey chronicled in Photo Album #33 on our Facebook page: "Save The Leadwell Kitties" (including video and photo updates on all our cats and kittens). Be sure to check out her adoption video and fall in L-O-V-E!!

Tulip's adoption will include her:
* Spay surgery,
* De-worming,
* Flea and mite treatment (with Revolution),
* FVRCP vaccinations,
* Rabies vaccination (if old enough),
* Combo-test (for FIV/FeLV = negative),
* and Microchipping!

~ $150. adoption fee, adoption contract and home check apply / $250 for a pair ~

* Please only contact us if you'll be making Tulip a permanent member of your household and will be keeping her safe indoors.

** We do not adopt out kittens or cats where they will be the only pet at home. Kittens rely on each other for emotional support and continued social and behavioral development. For example: another kitten or cat will teach them when they're playing too rough or biting too hard. Plus, cats and kittens get very lonely when you're not at home! Having a playmate will keep them happier, healthier and out of trouble. **We offer a discount when adopting a pair!

*** You can also find all our adoptables on our Facebook page: "Save The Leadwell Kitties" (including their rescue story, photos and video updates).

Interested in becoming a much-needed foster? Please send us a message with your best contact info, the type of home environment you can provide and, most-importantly, the City in which you live. Thanks!
