Meet Torticia
Torticia, the smallest of her litter, has a unique tortoise shell with white coat and dark golden eyes. She can't hide her silly, imaginative, mischievous nature and makes her foster mom laugh with her acrobatic jumps, spins and comical tumbles of destruction aka "tortie-tude." She's a petite tomboy, always ready for playtime and roughhousing with her brothers who don't hold back when they wrestle. If there's a rumble, Torticia is there. She should have`been named Spitfire with her energy for life.
Torticia is 3.5 lb and roughly 4 months old at Halloween. She loves to watch the wildlife outside the windows in the garden. Torticia will need a patient caregiver who lets her socialize at her own pace. She was part of a litter that was trapped as feral kittens and brought into foster in early October. She hasn't been tested around dogs or young children; she's still sensitive to sudden movements or loud noises. She's already made great strides in foster care, learning to trust humans; she will purr with gentle pets. She is bonded with her sister Zephyr and would like to be adopted as a bonded pair. Spay surgery is Nov 25th and she will get all tests and vaccines at that time in preparation for adoption for the right fit.
