Tippy is a friendly, talkative 2 yr old girl, fully vetted she is ready for her forever home. She is a tail-less Manx cat. Tippy doesn’t really like other cats, she will hang out with them but she thinks she’s a dog,
She’s very playful, talkative and likes human company, she and her brother were born with short tails, they may be part Siamese.
