Hi! I am Timmy, a sweet and somewhat shy boy, but check out my video to see that I am really coming out of my shell.

I mean, it's about time since my BFF and bro Spicy have been here over a year now and we are really hoping to find our forever family for the holidays. CHeck out our sisters Binx and Cleo, who are pretty fantastic if you ask me. They have ALSO been here a year and we just don't get it.

Spicy and I are like super bonded, if you know what I mean. We love to bonk heads and rub on each other. We are BIG handsomes, so if you want to really add to the vibes of your house, you know, new visitors will know immediately that this is a cool place, we are the cats for you!

We are becoming more affectionate every day, and some of our favorite volunteers can even rub our bellies. We like being brushed, and promise to keep you nice and snuggled as the colder weather eventually shows up.

Spicy and I get along well with other cats, and we think kids who will be gentle and patient with us would be kind of cool. We have never been around dogs, however.

All cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies and distemper and have had de-wormer medication as a preventive measure. All have tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. Some kitties may even have a microchip.

*Contact your veterinarian's office and NON-RELATED personal references to expect a phone call from someone at OARS. This helps us process the application within 2 days.

We focus on providing personalized care for these cats in a loving, home-like environment. Cats live in community rooms and they are able to watch bird feeder activity and nap in a favorite sunny spot.

We partner with other rescues and shelters when bringing pets to our rescue. We do not accept cats from the public. This approach allows us to help organizations near capacity or those with a special kitty that may need more attention. We are completely donation supported. All donations go towards food, supplies, medications and veterinary treatments for the homeless animals in our care.
