Hi! My name is Timberland! I am around 8 months old. I am shy at first but a sweet little guy. I may be an older kitten, but I have the heart of a young kitten. I love to play! Throw a ball and I will zoom after it and roll around in delight, I love to play play play and maybe a little bit of exploring too as I become more confident.

I found myself at a local animal control and I was so very scared that my days became numbered. Thankfully the kind folks from Naws rescued me just in time. Even though the people were kind the noise at the shelter was still too much for me, so they found me a foster home. In a calmer environment and with a bunch of kitty friends I am becoming more confident and showing my goofy side more and more each day. I love to roll around with feather toys or a crinkle ball and will gladly chase anything you throw. I am still a little nervous when people approach or make sudden movements but if you give me some wet food encouragement, I love pets and attention. I adore butt scratches and will do the cutest little elevator butt with excitement when I’m getting scratches. As the pets continue, I will jump in your lap and press up against you. I really am a sweet boy I just need a person with a little patience who will give me the time I need to settle in and I would definitely benefit from Kitty friends in my forever home. I would be fine with older kids who understand kitties. I have not yet met a dog but I love my furry kitty friends so my foster mom thinks I would acclimate to a cat friendly dog with a proper introduction.
