Meet Tig

Tig is looking for a loving home where she can fully be herself. She’s a playful and sensitive cat who loves to keep others company. When we first met Tig, she looked heartbroken. We don’t know much about her past, but quickly learned she’s averse to sudden movements, being held, and other cats—although she enjoys cuddling with cat-friendly dogs. After learning what makes her comfortable, we saw her sweet personality, playfulness, and charm emerge. She thoughtfully greets others by talking to them and loves playing interactive games like “Da Bird” (a feather on a stick toy) which is great at keeping the occasional light play bite at bay. Tig also doesn’t jump on kitchen counters. We love seeing her savor life’s simple moments of joy while perched near a window on a sunny day or rolling around gleefully “just because.”
