Thunder was born at Rags to Riches Cat Rescue, as his mom, Misty, was dumped in the country and showed up on our property. She really needed our help as she had a fever, ticks, and was very hungry. She was luckily trapped very early in her pregnancy, and was able to have her babies in a safe and loving environment.

Thunder was the only boy born to Misty’s litter. He has 5 sisters, all with glossy black fur just like him, all except for one who is grey like their Russian Blue mom Misty. They all feature the same slender Siamese-esque bone structures and long tails.

Thunder is a lovable and energetic boy that is friendly with other kittens & cats. He would love to find a home where he can play with another kitty, as he is very active and playful. We feel that he would really miss having a sibling or a buddy to play with if he were an only cat. He loves to chase toys, especially furry toy mice. He’s also very curious, and makes funny aggressive sounds when playing with toys. Thunder has a very distinct and sleek appearance. He is a loud purring machine when he is getting affection from humans.
