Meet Theodore
Theodore is a true sweetheart. He loves to watch what his foster humans are doing and LOVES scratches behind his cute little ears. He loves to play with other cats and has really formed a close bond with his foster sibling, Oden. The two are a bonded pair and would prefer to be adopted together.
