Greetings! My name is Tart, but I'm a total sweetheart! I am the new office manager at Sangamon County Animal Control & Adoption Center. My job responsibilities include testing the temperature of the printer & making sure staff members are receiving plenty of snuggles & purrs. It's a temporary gig, just until I am a big enough girl for my spay surgery. I am accepting adoption applications, but I won't be leaving my position until after my surgery, as these humans really need my skills. ?

Please consider adopting two kittens. Kittens need interaction with other kittens for healthy social development. Isolating a kitten can delay development emotionally, socially, and sometimes physically. Kittens who are able to remain with one of their littermates (or a similarly-aged companion) tend to be healthier, happier, and better socialized. Two kittens are always better than one! ??????
