Hi, my name is Tara and I am 2 years old. I am a very sweet and friendly girl with beautiful long hair! My foster mom says I have the softest fur around. I am kind of shy in new situations, but once I figure out I am safe, I am super friendly. I LOVE to hang out with my people, watching tv, taking a nap, or just reading a book. I am not a fan of being picked up, but will hang out right next to you. Sometimes I like to lay half on and half off my foster mom's lap and take a snooze. Sitting in the window watching the birds is also a way I pass my afternoon, basking in the sun. I am still learning that life can be great, what toys are, and a soft bed is super comfy. I have been exposed to cats, and am not a super big fan, but as long as they let me do my thing, I am ok with them. I have not been around dogs yet. I am a pretty quiet, and easy going girl. Because of my shyness, young kids who make lots of noise won't be the best home for me.

Tara has been spayed, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FELV.
