Meet Taco! He is a handsome 8-year-old male that was rescued in southern Illinois - he made the long trip north with hopes of finding a loving forever home. He is currently living in a foster home while he waits. His fosters stated that he thinks he is a dog based on his demeanor! He is a big boy that loves getting up near their faces for pets and snuggles. He wants to see what they are doing and participate or turn their attention to stroking his fur. If their attention is elsewhere, he will politely put his paw on their arm to remind them he is there and wants some love!

Taco loves play time and will seek out things with strings and ribbons (a bit of cat-proofing will be necessary because he likes to chew on them). He always wants to snuggle and will wander around the house looking for someone to spend time with him. He is good with another cat who was also rescued with him and we believe he could live comfortably with other pets. He is a big sweet boy who is ready to steal a piece of your heart and share his love.
