Taco and his mom, Tamale came to us as an owner surrender when Taco was a week old. Tamale ended up being a surrogate mom to Burrito, Pico, and Queso that also came to our facility when they were about a week old. Taco is comfortable with other cats and even children. He is an adorable lad with lots of love to give, although this love can overwhelm him and leads to him giving some love bites! These love bites are playful, but can be a surprise sometimes. We find that to be an adorable quirk of his! But if you come visit our Happy Cats room, you can't miss this sweet boy, he won't let you, he is ready to get in your lap and demanding pets as soon as you walk in.

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Cats are tested for FIV/FELK. Dogs over 6 months are tested for heartworms and started on HW prevention.


Open hours are 12PM - 4PM Tuesday -Friday and 12PM-3PM on Saturdays or by appointment.


We suggest calling prior to visiting our adoption center to ensure the animal you wish to meet is here at our Center (some are in foster care) and still available. If you want to meet an animal that is being fostered an approved application & appointment is required.


We will call or email you the status of your application once it is processed. Nothing will be processed on Sundays or Mondays.


All our pets are posted online and we continue to take applications until they are actually adopted. Sometimes things change and an adoption may fall through so we maintain a wait list.
