Hi, I am Spicy, but I am really just more full of flavor, and will be a delight to anyone's palette.

I am here with by brother and BFF Timmy, and we must be adopted together. Come meet us and you will not be able to resist. Check out our sisters Binx and Cleo, who are pretty fantastic if you ask me. They have ALSO been here a year and we just don't get it.

Timmy and I are what you would call Big Handsomes: we are absolute units; lorge chonks. We have the peets to take your girl! We both are affectionate and love the people we know and trust, but want a forever with our permanent family. Want to get Instagram famous real quick like? Then come get us!

Spicy and I get along well with other cats, and we think kids who will be gentle and patient with us would be kind of cool. We have never been around dogs, however.


All cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies and distemper and have had de-wormer medication as a preventive measure. All have tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. Some kitties may even have a microchip.

*Contact your veterinarian's office and NON-RELATED personal references to expect a phone call from someone at OARS. This helps us process the application within 2 days.

We focus on providing personalized care for these cats in a loving, home-like environment. Cats live in community rooms and they are able to watch bird feeder activity and nap in a favorite sunny spot.

We partner with other rescues and shelters when bringing pets to our rescue. We do not accept cats from the public. This approach allows us to help organizations near capacity or those with a special kitty that may need more attention. We are completely donation supported. All donations go towards food, supplies, medications and veterinary treatments for the homeless animals in our care.
