Meet Speck (& Willow)

SPECK AND WILLOW ARE NOT HOMEWARD TRAILS CATS. For more information on one or both of these girls, please contact Gail at GHill98439@aol.com.

Meet Speck! She's a lively, silky, sweet kitten who has just a speck of white on her chest. She's a little shy with new people, but a cuddlebug with those she knows and she enjoys sleeping with her foster at night. In addition, she's great with other cats and with dogs!

Speck was found with her sister, Willow, in September. Since then, they've been living with a great foster, but would love a forever family. Because they are bonded at this point, they will only be adopted out as a pair. Would you like to meet these great little girls?

Breed Estimate: domestic short hair

De-Clawed: no

Sex: female

Approximate weight: small right now

Approximate age: 6 m.o. as of the end of January

Location: DC-area foster home

Coat Type: silky

Personality: a little shy with strangers

The adoption fee for Speck and Willow is $150, which helps with the cost of their routine vet care. These sisters will only be adopted together as they are bonded to each other. They are spayed, up to date on their shots, and have tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.

If you are interested in adopting Speck and Willow, please email their rescuer, Gail, at GHill98439@aol.com!

You can save animals like Speck and Willow by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save cats before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please check out our information about fostering animals.

Thank you for contacting Homeward Trails Animal Rescue and helping to save a life!
