Soot Sprite cute and tiny -- just over six pounds! We thought she was a kitten at first when she showed up at our door, looking at us with her big round eyes. She is also sweet and cuddly -- she won't miss a chance to snuggle against a hand and she purrs like a lawn mower at ever opportunity for petting.

Around other cats, Soot Sprite is nervous but not aggressive or combative. She likes hanging out by herself in the bathroom, but eventually ventures to other places as she gets more comfortable and braver.

While she hasn't figured out playing quite yet, Soot Sprite is quite smart. She recognizes her name, and especially any sign that it's time to eat! Being very interested in food, Soot Sprite should be easy to train, whether it's to sit in a lap, or to come when you call.

Soot Sprite is around 1-2 years old and is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.
