Sniper was brought to us on February 7th, 2024 from a very kind and caring lady that came across him by chance while dropping off some items to a rural family that her child goes to school with. She became concerned when she noticed him as he was limping, and asked if she could bring him to us for help, to which they thankfully agreed.

We were informed that she explained rescue to the kindergarteners, and that we would be able to help get him the medical attention that he requires. They requested that he keep the name they gave him (Sniper), as they would like to follow his story on social media. We have honoured this request as we feel that it is an excellent learning opportunity for them to see the rescue process. Who knows, maybe one day they will get into animal rescue themselves. :)

As it turns out, thankfully Sniper only had a slight sprain but he is completely healed and walking properly now. He's such a sweet little guy that we can't understand how anyone could abandon him.

Sniper is very affectionate and cuddly. He's a playful boy that we feel would be best suited for a loving forever home that has a buddy for him to play with. He is currently roommates with another adorable grey and white tabby named Joey. They groom and play with eachother constantly.
