Meet Slate Gray

Slate Gray is our wonderfully prickly little lady. This sweet girl has some sass behind those eyes (we think a picture is worth a thousand words) and we absolutely love her for it. If you’re looking for a kitty that will swoon you at first meeting, Slate will probably trick you into it. She’ll then proceed to either grumble at you and/or pat your hands away. She’s funny like that! In all honesty, Slate is the type of cat that wants you to earn her love and friendship. Once you’ve proven to her that you can respect boundaries and understand her body language, Slate will turn into your very own chatty little shadow that would thrive as the only kitty in the home. Not everyone is worthy of her friendship (is what she tells us) but we know that playtime, treats, and patience will get you on her good side. It’s pretty magical when it happens! Slate is a very dedicated and loyal friend to have on your side.
