Skeet is the ultimate kitten! Don’t let him fool you by his initial coyness, once he’s comfortable, the real Skeet comes out. He is always asking to play and up for any type of fun – so he would thrive in a home where he can have an active friend. He’s great with kids and my three-year-old daughter loves nothing more than laughing at Skeet’s frisky ways. If none of us resident humans or my other resident cat are at his disposal for a playdate, he easily self entertains with his toys and often presents me with one as a gift?. Skeet also loves bird and squirrel watching out of windows – I’ve seen him stand on his hind legs for five minutes straight to look out of a particular window and track wildlife.

Fair warning - Skeet may eat you out of house and home. Like a typical kid, he loves treats over actual real cat food. My daughter has lectured him on healthy eating, but he refuses to take her advice and crushes any cat treat he’s presented with.

Despite being full of energy and tricks, Skeet is a great snuggle bug. He loves to snuggle up for a nap next to our resident cat and often curls up next to me at bedtime. His fur is incredibly silky and soft, so I can’t imagine anyone minding the snuggles from him.
