Shadow and Ray - Foster needed for mother and son Norwegian Forest Cat Mix Mississauga, ON

Foster needed for this mother and son team. At 3yrs old Shadow, the mom, is as kind and sweet as she is beautiful. She is a confident, loving and social lass who loves to be picked up and starts purring immediately.

This girl is very thoughtful about how she approaches the feather toy or the laser.

She loves to be around people and is not afraid to start a conversation when she has something to say.

Her 2yr old son, Ray, however is shy and not as comfortable around humans as his mom is. Ray is very close to his mom and she is a great influence on him as he watches his mom interacting with humans.

On his own or with his mom, Ray is a funny and quirky boy with oodles of personality.

He loves lickable treats. His current foster uses this to help gain his trust and let him know he is safe.

He is also a climber and if often found at the top of the scratch tree.

Both Shadow and Ray find great joy in watching the birds and squirrels do their thing. Rays gets super excited and animated as he tries to lure them closer to the window.

They are also fine with other cats and cat-friendly dogs.

Both are healthy, vaccinated and spayed (Shadow) and neutered (Ray).

Their current foster is not able to continue fostering these beauties for personal health reasons so, we are looking for an experienced foster who has the patience to continue to work with Ray to help him come out of his shell, gain confidence and fully blossom into the larger than life personality that he is!
