Meet Sassafrass
Sassafras
Est. DOB: September 11, 2011
Description: DSH Black and White
Gender: Female
Adoption Fee: $50.00
Sassafrass doesn’t do well at events and is often overlooked. In the home, you see a different personality. For a few days she may be shy, however, in time you will see a sweet cat that wants to sit with you, especially if you are at a computer so she can watch the screen. Sassafras likes to play with other cats and has been fostered with a laid back dog. She also travels well.
She'll relax with you on the couch and loves to be talked to. She loves toys and shoes: she likes to stick her face inside a shoe or lay on one. She will open and crawl into a drawer for some private time.
Sassafrass was adopted as a kitten and returned several months later when her family couldn’t take care of her.
Fully vetted: tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted); treated for intestinal parasites, fleas, and ear mites; FVRCP+FeLV vaccinated (initial vaccination and booster); and rabies vaccinated; spayed/neutered; microchipped with Home Again microchips with shelter paid registration.
