Meet Sailor

Meet Sailor, a colorful calico born around January 19th, 2024. This clever girl was found abandoned in a park, where she charmed her way into a rescue by following a woman and her dog, meowing for attention.

Now, Sailor's got a bit of a dilemma--she can't decide if she's all about the snuggles or prefers her space. She's not a hider, but she's not thrilled about being picked up either. However, once you do pick her up, she starts purring like a motor and loves every minute of it!

If you enjoy the satisfaction of winning over a challenge, Sailor's your girl. She'll need a little time and plenty of squeeze treats to warm up to her new person, but once she does, she'll be your loyal companion. Sailor would thrive in a calm home with 1 or 2 people, no young kids, and would prefer to be the only kitten for a while. She's cool with the dog in her foster home too. Ready to win this quirky calico's heart?
When adopting a kitten, consider a second kitten to avoid "single kitten syndrome". Two kittens keep each other busy, get into less trouble, are better socialized and can keep each other company while you're gone.

When introduced properly, most cats and kittens adjust well to children and other pets in the home. It's critical that cats have a safe place to retreat to if interactions become overwhelming and that all early interactions are well supervised. If you already have a cat, please talk to us about how to introduce them to each other successfully.

All our cats and kittens are litter box trained, spayed or neutered, up-to-date on shots and worming and have been treated for fleas. They also are microchipped with a complimentary registration fee.

The fee for all our cats and kittens is $200 plus tax, with a $50 discount for adopting a second cat or kitten.
