Ruby Tabby Wayne, NJ

Ruby is a truly special cat who thrives in a patient and understanding home. Arriving with her brother and mother in June 2023 from Toms River, Ruby was particularly anxious around people, though never aggressive. While she enjoys the company of her foster family, she prefers to keep a comfortable distance. Despite her reserved nature, Ruby adores other cats and has a special bond with her large Great Dane/St. Bernard foster sister, Hazel. She appreciates having a cozy hideaway but still loves being part of the family. Ruby can often be found looking out windows or relaxing on the rug with her foster siblings.
Ruby would be happiest in a home with other pets, no children, and a family ready to respect her need for space. Though she’s a bit shy, Ruby has a lot of love to offer and is ready to find a forever home that suits her unique personality. She was born in December of 2022.
