Hi-It’s been a difficult time when I was so scared and afraid and timid- but now I see these people here are so nice and I don’t have to worry. I finally decided I want to be loved and patted and that I can trust these nice folks here at the shelter.. It was so hard at first and took me a couple months to feel safe and secure. My name is Roxanne and I was so confused and sad because you see, I had a home and an owner that loved me, but my owner moved overseas, and couldnt take me. I was so sad about that and so so confused, that I used to just hide in the back of my cage. And didn’t want anyone to look at me or touch me. It was so emotional…it’s allot for an 8 year old girl like me. , I don’t want to be sad and depressed any more- I want to be happy and loving. So I would like a nice quiet home where my new owner(s) will give me time and patience to blossom and trust on my own- and not rush me. I would prefer a home that doesn’t have young kids or dogs. I really do enjoy patting and love time, just please take it slow and easy while I adjust to all these changes. I was never aggressive at all, even when I was so scared. But if you give me a chance, I know I can feel safe and loved again and be a loving sweet girl. Did I mention I am also microchipped? Well, I am. Right now I just hope someone out there will read about me and believe in the cat I will become. I sure would love to have a loving forever home, meaning really forever this time, of my very own!! I know I will be a loving good girl.

OK Roxanne. our turn! She is a beauty and has had a tough time, and events out of her control, that made her scared and confused. She is so brave now and learning to accept love and patting.
