Meet Rowena, an adorable kitten born in mid-April who is looking for her forever home! Rowena is a curious little girl who might be shy at first, but with a bit of patience, she warms up and loves to snuggle while you watch TV. She’s very playful with her siblings and has a special fondness for toys with bells and feathers. Cardboard boxes are her personal jungle gym, providing endless entertainment. Though she’s still learning to play with people, Rowena’s sweet nature shines through. Currently, she’s being lovingly cared for in a foster home in Texas. If you’re ready to give Rowena a loving home, she’s ready to bring joy and companionship into your life!

OUR CATS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.
All our cats are fostered in Texas but available for transport out of state. Our cats are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc.).
Our out of state adoption fee is $200 plus transport fee (varies by location). This fee includes age appropriate, vaccinations, registered microchip, testing for FIV and FELV, and a fecal analysis. Cats will be spayed/neutered if over 6 months of age. Cats will also be current on prevention. A health exam will be completed, and a certificate will be issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.
Note: MNS reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care.
