Meet Roux
Roux-Female-DOB-05/25/2024
Meet Sweet Roux, a captivating tabby with a spirit as bright as her white markings. This special kitten is looking for a loving home where she can shine.
Despite facing a physical challenge, Roux’s determination and affectionate nature are undeniable. She loves to cuddle, play with soft toys, and explore her surroundings. With the right care and patience, Roux can thrive and become a cherished member of your family.
Roux was born with a condition known as Carpal Laxity. That is a fancy way of saying that her carpal (wrists- front legs- think carpal tunnel) are extra bendy and a little floppy. Roux doesn't have any true special needs, she is capable of doing anything a "normal" kitten can do, she is just a little slower with climbing cat trees and catching a wand. Roux doesn't think she has a problem...... and neither should you!
**Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our animals! Please be aware that we do not ship animals; all adoptions require in-person pickup in Omaha, NE, at a mutually agreed-upon location. Adoptions are processed on a first-approved basis, meaning that the first approved applicants receive priority in choosing an animal. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hearing from you. If you are interested in Roux, please complete an application at www.nalarescue.org.**
