Meet Rebel
Rebel is guessed to be around 16 weeks old. He was found starving and crying in someone's garden. Thankfully he was brought to PPAWS and is slowly learning to trust his foster mom.
He has been dewormed and has had his first vaccination. He's due for his second shot August 15th. He has been exposed to ringworm, but he hasn't developed any symptoms yet. His foster mom is keeping a close eye on him.
He'll be eligible for adoption after he's been neutered.
