Meet Randy.
Randy has been with HALO since he was a kitten. For some reason he has never come out of his shell. Randy is extremely shy and doesn't like to be touched but he loves to play with bubbles and laser lights. His best bud is Mr. Fox whom he shares a room with. Even though we cannot touch Randy we still love him and respect his boundaries.
