Meet Rachel!

This little girl is currently estimated to be about 8 months old (as of Jan 2024). She was rescued from a hoarding situation that was really sad, but has quickly gone from being a very skittish kitten, to being a super social kitty that just ADORES attention. She also adapts very well to new environments (after transferring in a car ride to a new foster she immediately was wandering around and climbing into laps seeking pets within minutes!) Like all kittens, she's got a ton of kitten energy and is basically always either playing, or napping. This kitty is wet food motivated and will gladly speak up for the good stuff!

Unlike most kittens, Rachel is not a cat's cat (she's more of a people cat). She is around other kitties and does just fine, but she's not really interested in bonding with them and instead just is fine with them if they don't invade her personal space. She would do well in a house that either has cats that are fine doing their own thing (like maybe a home with an older kitty) or as a solo cat.

Rachel is a sweetheart and such a lover of a cat. As soon as she stepped out of the crate, she was purring and rubbing all over my legs. She's a very sweet and mild-mannered cat, She's a very affectionate cat and loves to be petted and shown attention. She's also quite chatty! I'm sure whoever takes Rachel home will be well-loved by this very sweet cat.

Rachel is a diligent litter box user and does not require any training in this areas!
