is a wide-eyed little cutie who came to the Care Center as an owner surrender on June 26. Popeye is ready to take on the world! He is curious and interested in everything he encounters. He's long, lean and will be a stunning male cat some day. But, for now he's all kitten and he's ready to bring daily silliness to the lucky human or family who makes him part of the family.
