Poe is a gorgeous all black kitty. She came to us after being rescued from a hoarding situation. Due to her past life, she's a little unsure of humans still and will seem standoffish at first. She may hiss at you when you approach, but she actually likes pets! You just have to go slow with her and respect her space. Adopters that have experience with a shy kitty are definitely recommended, but we feel with a calm and patient owner she will absolutely blossom with time.
