"Hi there, my name is Plymouth and I've had a somewhat rough start to life! I was found wandering the streets alone when I was only four months old, doing whatever I could to survive. It was nice to be rescued and safe, warm and fed for a change. But now I'm almost 3, and I am still waiting for a family of my own!
Due to my difficult past, I am quite shy, but I am smart and love to play and run around. The great volunteers at People for Cats are working with me to help me learn to trust and gain some confidence. It might take me some time to get comfortable in a new home with a new family, but with some love and treats I'll soon realize that I'm in a safe place. I would do best in a quiet home without small children or other pets. I am neutered, up to date on my shots, and have been microchipped. I am just waiting for someone who is willing to give me a chance at the love and stability I have never had. Are you that special person?"

To meet Plymouth at PFC you must have an application on file with us and been pre-approved to adopt a cat. Our adoption hours are intended for pre-approved adopters. An application for pre-approval to adopt can be picked up at the shelter during adoption hours or sent by email to be filled out and brought in. Once you have been pre-approved, you are welcome to come to the shelter during adoption hours to be shown the cats.
