Meet Pikachu

Pikachu is a beautiful, buff-colored female who was feral when she first came to the shelter, but has turned into a sweet cat who approaches you for pets and scratches. Pikachu loves water and cries for it the minute you go into Room 5... begging you to turn on the water.

Cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, vaccinated for rabies and four-way distemper, wormed, tested for FIV and FeLV. Kittens are adoptable after they are 8-weeks old.

We welcome visitors Tuesday evenings 4-7 p.m. Saturday mornings 9 a.m. to noon. Sundays 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. You may also schedule an appointment at a time that is more convenient for your schedule. Call 217-322-2220 if you have any questions or concerns.
