Meet Phil has no tongue

This guy had a bullet hole on each side of his cheeks and lost most of his tongue. He does manage to eat but is a little sloppy (understandable). He is what we call a background cat. He just kid of hangs around in the background until you go pick him up and put him in your lap. Then he is happy to be there. About 6 or 7 pounds, not a big boy.
