Petunia Dilute Tortoiseshell Sherman Oaks, CA

Meet, Petunia, a beautiful, long-haired, Dilute Tortoiseshell with stunning chartreuse eyes and plume-like tail. This girl is STUNNING... especially when the sunlight hits her multi-colored coat. We suspect she hasn't quite grown into her "floofiness" and will become a full-fledged Ms. Fluffy Pants!

Meanwhile, she struts around her foster home like she's the Mayor and loves cuddling up next to her temp humans while they're watching TV or working on their laptops.

Petunia can be a little "bossy" and may feel the need to correct the behavior of other cats. She really helped a scared, shy Tabby come out of his shell recently. She also lived with a small dog for two months and got along fine with her.

When we first received the call to help her, she was pregnant and begging for food on the grounds of a local, middle school.

She is sweet, gentle, inquisitive and loves to pet, scratched and brushed. Petunia's adoption will include her:

** We do not adopt out kittens or cats where they will be the only pet at home. Kittens rely on each other for emotional support and continued social and behavioral development. For example: another kitten or cat will teach them when they're playing too rough or biting too hard. Plus, cats and kittens get very lonely when you're not at home! Having a playmate will keep them happier, healthier and out of trouble. **We offer a discount when adopting a pair!
