Pete the cat Jones Siamese Mix Indianapolis, IN

Pete the cat came to our rescue not that long ago. He was being beaten up by neighborhood cats on west side of Indy....I believe he is a Red Flame point Siamese, but saying mix since I am unsure.... I took him to be vetted, no chip, he was fixed already, but I got him updated shots and tested for fiv and leuk. He was negative. We have de wormed him and defleaed him too....We had him listed for almost a month looking for his people on different sites, no go on that... I'm looking for someone no small kids ,that know that cats can get out the door and that will NOT be a issue... I think he's still looking for his people.... My husband and one volunteer say he is needy and wants held and loved on. He will follow you around in the rescue watching you . He is very sweet, probably could be a lap cat, enjoys treats, sunning himself, gentle pets, interaction with toys.- I’ve never seen him mark anything. We feel Pete the Cat needs to be a only cat for sure, No kids under 12.....He would shine in a only cat home.....to be the star he is..... I think he would enjoy being in a quieter but loving responsible , cat savy family..... Dogs ok unless very old and frail? The vet said they felt 2-4 range , we all feel closer to middle aged, so like 6?? If you have interest in our little boy, please arrange a meeting.....
