Hey there, I'm Pepper! I've been here since I was just a tiny kitten, and while my mom found her forever home, I'm still waiting for mine. Can you believe it? Since March 2024, which makes me the longest cat resident at ARNO! I'm almost a year old now, full of playful energy, silly antics, and lots of love to give. I really don't understand how a fun-loving cat like me could still be here--I'm basically the whole package!

I love to jump up and be close to you because I just want to be part of your world. Whether it's snuggling by your side or keeping you company while you work, I'm always ready to make you smile. And let me tell you, meal time? Oh, it's my favorite part of the day! You'll never have to eat alone with me around.

**Note: Our shelter is open by scheduled appointment with an approved application. One of ARNO's volunteer adoption counselors will be in contact with you to notify you of your approval status as well as arrange an appointment.

Adoption Fees:

Dogs:

Puppies under 6 months - $300
Adult dogs (6 months - 7 years) - $250
Seniors (8 years and older) - $200

Cats:

Adults (1 year and older) - 1 for $125 / 2 for $200
Kittens (under 1 year) - 1 for $175 / 2 for $250

For all animals that have not been spayed or neutered a $100 deposit will be required in addition to the adoption fee. The deposit is refundable upon completion of the spay / neuter surgery.
