Meet Penelope, a sweet and curious kitty who's as snuggly as they come! This little lovebug has a heart full of affection and is usually found cuddled up with one of her friends, soaking in all the warmth and comfort she can.

Penelope's journey hasn't been easyshe came into the foster program as an orphaned kitten battling severe anemia. With lots of care and love, she has grown into a healthy, happy cat with a gentle spirit and an endless capacity for snuggles.

Street Cats Club is a volunteer-run, licensed rescue in Emporia, KS. Our kittens and cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, treated with flea/tick preventative, and have received age-appropriate vaccinations. Each cat comes with a Royal Canin adoption kit, which includes a free month's supply of Royal Canin cat food and a Wisdom Panel DNA kit.
