Meet Penelope
Penelope is a sweet young adult who would love to find a forever home with Felix. We believe the two are siblings, as they were trapped together when a building was demolished. Despite her rough life before coming to us, Penelope is very affectionate toward humans. And while we think she would be happy with Felix in a home, she is not great with other cats.
